In accordance with a decree of the President of Ukraine, Vitaliy Pavlyuchenko, a resident of the village of Yasenitsa, was awarded an honorary badge.
The award was presented to Alla Pavlyuchenko, the wife of the deceased soldier, by representatives of the Sambir Regional Military and Civilian Personnel Centre – Major Oleksandr Shyshkov and Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Kosman.
Vitaliy Pavlyuchenko is a native of the village of Yasenytsia, Turka community. During the full-scale invasion, the warrior came to the defence of the state as part of the military unit A1302. He was a senior rifleman-operator of the 3rd mechanised division of the 1st mechanised platoon of the 1st mechanised company of the 1st mechanised battalion.
He died on 1 September 2023 near the village of Klishchiyivka, Donetsk region. He was 42 years old.
