On March 9, 2024, the traditional Interregional athletics tournament dedicated to the Shevchenko Days was held in the city of Chervonograd among students of 2010-2011 and 2012-2013.
Teams from the cities of Novovolynsk, Chervonograda, Sokal took part in the competition.
According to the results of the competition, the students of Sokolyany Junior High School took the following prizes: Maksym Marchuk in the 20-meter running distance – 1st place, 300 meters – 1st place, Danylo Dmukhovskyi in the 20-meter running distance – 2nd place, Nastya Senchyna in the 20-meter running distance meters – 3rd place, 20-meter hurdles – 1st place, Veronika Mykhalevska in the 20-meter hurdles – 2nd place, Sofia Denys in the 20-meter hurdles – 2nd place, 300 meters – 1st place.
In the 4×100 m relay, the girls’ team of Veronika Mthalevska, Evelina Yaroschuk, Sofia Denis, and Nastya Senchyna took third place.
