According to the decree of the President of Ukraine, for personal courage and selfless actions shown in the defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath, a 3rd degree “For Courage” order was awarded to Chervonohrad citizen, lieutenant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces – Yury Oleksandrovych Biryukov.
