In the past day, an air alert was sounded four times in the Lviv region due to enemy actions.
This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.
“From the morning of August 5 to the morning of August 6, an air alert was announced four times in the Lviv region. Thanks to our defenders in various regions, the sky over Lviv Oblast remained calm. In other parts of Ukraine, during the day, the occupiers fired air and sea-based missiles, as well as “shahedas”. The enemy used 70 means of air attack. Our air defense destroyed: 17 Kalibr cruise missiles; 13 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles; 27 attack UAVs “Shahed-136/131″. All life support systems of the Lviv region are working normally,” said the head of the Lviv region.

“Forecasters warn of a possible sharp deterioration of the weather in the Lviv region. Thunderstorms and wind gusts up to 20 m/s, squalls – up to 28 m/s are forecast today. Keep yourselves. Do not ignore danger messages. May the day be peaceful,” added Maksym Kozytskyi.
