Due to the terrorist attack on Israel and the threat to the citizens of Ukraine who are in Israel, an operational headquarters was created at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
All services and the Ukrainian embassy monitor information about Ukrainian citizens who may be in danger. As of now, the information about the possible death of one citizen of Ukraine is being checked and the search for two of our citizens is underway.
“The whole world saw terrible footage from Israel – footage of how terrorists abuse women and men, how they take hostages even elderly people without pity… My condolences to all those whose relatives and friends died! And I wish a speedy recovery to everyone who was injured. When a terrorist attack like this happens, everyone who values life should stand in solidarity. We in Ukraine are particularly aware of what happened. Thousands of rockets in the sky of Israel… People killed just on the streets… Cars with civilians shot up… Abuse of hostages… Unfortunately, terror brought all this to the streets of Ukrainian cities and villages. Our position is absolutely clear: anywhere on the planet, everyone who carries terror and death must be held accountable for it,” the President of Ukraine emphasized.
The terrorist attack on Israel was carefully prepared, and the whole world understands exactly which sponsors of terror could instigate and ensure the organization of this attack.
The head of state noted that Israel has every right to be protected from terror, just like any other state. And it is very important that the whole world reacts to terror in a united and principled manner.
“No support for terrorists! No matter where they direct their missiles and no matter who they attack, the terrorists must lose. And this is important for the whole world. Human life, peace and tranquility of nations are equally important everywhere: in Asia, in Europe, in Africa, in America, and in Australia. Throughout. Let the value of human life and rejection of terror be the principles that will finally unite the whole world!” Volodymyr Zelenskyy added.
