According to the Chervonohrad City Council, on August 12, 46-year-old Hero Volodymyr Fiala, a resident of Sosnivka, Donetsk region, died in a battle for Ukraine, its freedom and independence, having courageously performed his military duty.
We bow low to the defender, to whom we all owe a debt of gratitude. We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the Hero. We share the pain of irreparable loss and bow our heads in grief.
