Once again, sad news has reached our community. On January 14, 2024, during hostilities in the area of Marinka, Donetsk region, as a result of an FPV drone attack by the enemy, a resident of the village of Ilkovichi, Ivan Andriyovych YAKUBOVSKY, born in 1995, died.
The sad news was reported in the Sokla city council.
He was called up for military service on mobilization on February 25, 2022 by the Desnyan district in the city of Kyiv TCC and SP, he served as a grenade launcher of the airmobile detachment of military unit A4350. Until the last, he remained loyal to the Military Oath and the Ukrainian people.
During his service, he proved himself exclusively from the positive side, enjoyed authority among his fellow men. He had a high level of motivation for military service.
Hero Ivan Yakubovsky is survived by his parents and older brother. Our sincere condolences on the loss of our dearest son and brother.
