First National Day of Prayer Celebrated in Lviv Region

Today, near the Lviv Regional State Administration, a national moment of silence and a ceremonial raising of the State Flag of Ukraine took place. The spiritual anthem of Ukrainians, ‘Almighty and Only God’, also resounded.

‘Prayer is about hope, gratitude, and inner strength, which help to hold on even in the darkest times. Prayer works even when everything else is powerless. The main thing is not to resort to it only after everything else. Today is the first National Day of Prayer in Ukraine. I believe that God will listen to our prayers,’ emphasized Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional State Administration.

Today, we remember those who are no longer with us but whose devotion and struggle have brought us closer to the day of our victory. We are grateful to the warriors on the front line and to everyone who brings us nearer to our common goal every day.

We believe. We pray. We will win🇺🇦
