Vitaly Svintsitskyi, a deputy of the city council of the last convocation, a participant in the anti-terrorist operation since 2014, died while defending Ukraine from the Russian invaders. From the first days of the full-scale invasion of the enemy, he defended Ukraine again.
The community of the city expresses its sincere condolences to the family, relatives and everyone who knew Mr. Vitaly.
We will remind, Vitaly Svintsitskyi was a deputy of the Lviv City Council of the 7th convocation from the “People’s Control” faction. In 2014, he participated in the Combined Forces Operation / Anti-Terrorist Operation as part of the 80th Separate Assault Brigade.
