Relatives of the Hero Vasyl Hnidets are asking to support the petition on Awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine (posthumously).
Vasyl Hnidec, a 35-year-old resident of Sosniv, returned from abroad, where he had been working for the past 5 years, from the beginning of the full-scale invasion, and went to war as a volunteer. Since March, he fought in the hottest spots in Luhansk region and Donetsk region.
Vasyl Hnidec died on May 8, 2022, while performing a combat mission in the area of Bilogorivka, Luhansk region.
