This night, the “West” Air Command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which defends the skies over Lviv Oblast, managed to destroy 11 enemy drones.
This was announced by Maksym Kozytskyi – the head of LOVA.
In total, 16 enemy attack drones were heading to the west of Ukraine.
Unfortunately, there are 5 hits on a critical infrastructure object in our region. Fortunately, there were no victims or victims. There was a fire, it was promptly extinguished.
Thanks to our air defense soldiers, who worked very professionally in extremely difficult conditions, when the drones flew in several waves and often changed the direction of movement. Thank you to all the services for promptly overcoming the consequences of the attack – emphasized Maksym Kozytskyi.
