Among the 230 Ukrainians who were released from captivity yesterday, there are four residents of Lviv Oblast

35-year-old Ostap Reshitnyk from Lviv. There was no contact with him since April 2022.

Yuri Hrynash, a 24-year-old resident of Drohobych. The boy had been in captivity since May 2022.

Ruslan Shakalo, a 49-year-old resident of the village of Solonsko, Medenytsia community. He was in captivity since the end of April 2022.

Eduard Sova from the School community. He was also held captive for almost two years.

“Let me remind you that yesterday the largest exchange of prisoners of war took place during the full-scale invasion: 230 Ukrainian men and women were released.

Among them are representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the State Border Service, the National Police and six civilians who were illegally deprived of their liberty,” emphasized the head of the Lviv Region, Maksym Kozytskyi.
