She was a combat medic, media personality and public figure. She died on 29 May in the Kharkiv sector while performing a combat mission.
“Exactly as she willed:
“Instead of flowers, donations to the battalion and help for the families of the victims. No artificial flowers or plastic. Clothes – embroidery or camouflage (for active military and veterans).”
And meaningful songs – “to extinguish sorrow with native singing”.
It’s amazing how much you’ve managed to do in your 25 years. And how much more you haven’t managed yet…
“Be worthy of the deeds of our heroes, don’t be sad, be brave!” wrote Iryna last spring. A blessed memory. Let’s be worthy,” said the head of the Lviv region, Maksym Kozytskyi.
We remember! We will not forgive the Russian occupier!
