Today Lviv region says goodbye to four defenders
Vasyl Ilyuk of Yastrub
Originally from the village of Lybokhora, Slavske community. He was a senior rifleman – operator of the rifle division of the 65th separate battalion of territorial defence. He died on 13 September 2024 near the village of Myasozharivka, Luhansk region. He was 37 years old.
Anton Pavlovsky
A resident of the village of Luchkivtsi, Zolochiv district. He was the commander of the anti-aircraft missile platoon of the 2nd Air Assault Battalion.
He died on 11 September 2024 near the village of Kostiantynivka, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk region. He was 37 years old.
Andrii Khymyn
Originally from the village of Pidbuzh, Drohobych district. He was the chief sergeant of the rifle platoon of the rifle company. He died near the village of Holubivka in the Kharkiv region on 12 September 2024. He was only 29 years old.
Vasyl Paniv
He was from the village of Zalokot, Drohobych district. The defender died while performing a combat mission on 10 September 2024.
