Today Lviv region says goodbye to four defenders
Pavlo Bokalo
A native of the village of Lypytsi, Mykolaiv community.
He fought as part of the 24th separate mechanised brigade named after King Danylo. He died near the village of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Donetsk region. The soldier was 46 years old.
Dmytro Minaiev
A native of Lviv.
After graduation, he joined the ranks of the 1st Galician-Volyn Radio Engineering Brigade of the Western Air Command. During 2017-2018, he performed combat missions in the anti-terrorist operation area.
After returning, he worked in Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he returned to the brigade. Later, he performed combat missions in the ranks of the 225th separate assault battalion. He died on 29 September.
Yuriy-Teodor Sosnivskyi
A resident of Lviv.
From the first days of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he voluntarily joined the ranks of the 2nd separate Galician brigade to defend the state. He performed combat missions in the eastern part of the frontline. He was awarded for personal courage by the NGU command.
Vasyl Hladkyi
He was born in the village of Hodyni, Mostyska community.
He was a junior sergeant, senior gunner of the anti-tank platoon of the military unit A4123. He died on 3 October during a combat mission near the village of Terny, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region.
