Today Lviv region says goodbye to four defenders
Taras Zvir
A resident of the village of Artasiv, Kulykivka community, Lviv district.
The soldier defended Ukraine from the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion. For health reasons, he was recently demobilised.
He died on 29 November. He was 52 years old.
Ihor Bednarchuk
A resident of Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he defended the state from the Russian invaders. He performed combat missions in the eastern part of the frontline in the ranks of the 63rd separate mechanised brigade of the 11th Army Corps.
Serhii Zubenko
A native of the city of Nikopol, Dnipro region. After graduation, he served as a military dog handler in the ranks of the border guards in the Lviv region.
From the first months of the full-scale invasion of Russia, he stood up to defend his homeland from the invaders. He defended the state on the eastern frontline in the ranks of the 53rd separate mechanised brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh.
Stefan Yurkevych
A resident of Lviv.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, despite his lack of combat experience, he stood up to defend the state against the invaders as part of the 2nd Separate Galician Brigade.
