Today Lviv region says goodbye to its defenders
🕯️ Anatoliy Rodzevych
A resident of Sheptytske. He served in the military unit A4053. He died on 26 February during a combat mission in Donetsk region. He was 39 years old.
🕯️ Ilya Mikhailenko
He lived in the village of Silets, Sheptytskyi district. He defended the country as a member of the 68th separate hunting brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush. He died on 14 March during his rehabilitation leave. He was 25 years old.
🕯️ Mykhailo Rachkevych
A resident of the village of Krasne, Zolochiv district. He joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 14 April 2022. He was the commander of the unmanned aerial vehicle unit of the military unit A4220. He died on 10 March near the village of Shevchenko, Donetsk region. The soldier was 30 years old.
🕯️ Yaroslav Rak
A native of the village of Ostrov, Zolochiv district. The soldier was a firefighter of the military unit A0998.
He died on 15 March near the village of Novodmitrivka, Donetsk region. He was 48 years old.
🕯️ Dmitry Rostovtsev
A resident of Lviv. After the start of the full-scale invasion, he volunteered to defend his homeland in the 125th separate territorial defence brigade. He was trained as a UAV pilot-operator. He performed combat missions in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions. He was awarded the Silver Cross honorary insignia. He died on 13 March. The soldier was 53 years old.
🕯️Юрій Maloid
A resident of Rava-Ruska. In 2022, he voluntarily joined the 3rd Separate Tank Iron Brigade to defend Ukraine. Due to his injuries, he left the service. He died on 16 March. He was 43 years old.
