Mykola Ilnytskyi

Mykola Ilnytskyi

A resident of Drohobych.

The defender was mobilised on 12 May 2024. The warrior joined the 95th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He died on 1 September in the Kursk region.

Volodymyr Kozakevych

Volodymyr Kozakevych

A native of Bibrka. He was a sniper of the airmobile unit of the military unit A0281. He died in the Kursk region.

Taras Semeniuk

Taras Semeniuk

A resident of Zhydachiv, Stryi district.

He was a gunner in the 63rd separate mechanised brigade. He died on 8 January 2024 during a combat mission near the village of Dibrova, Sievierodonetsk district, Luhansk region. The warrior was 44 years old.

Oleh Shtohryn

Oleg Shtohryn

Originally from Stryi.

On 25 February, 2022, he volunteered to defend his homeland. He was a soldier of the National Guard of Ukraine. He died on 30 August 2024 as a result of an enemy artillery attack in Toretsk, Donetsk region.

Ruslan Savych

Ruslan Savych

A native of the village of Pidkamin, Zolochiv district. He was a soldier, an anti-aircraft gunner.
He died on 30 August 2024 from his wounds. The defender was 51 years old.

Maria Dykhtyar “Panther”

Maria Dykhtyar “Panther”

A native of Borok village, Sokal community. She was the captain of the medical service of the 63rd battalion of the 103rd separate brigade of the Territorial Defence Forces.

She is one of the first women volunteers who dared to leave everything behind in civilian life and go to serve to save Ukraine’s defenders in Donbas. For three years, she served as the head of the medical service in the 25th separate motorised infantry battalion “Kyivan Rus”.

On 2 October 2023, Maria Dykhtyar was awarded the Order “For Courage”, III class, by a Presidential Decree for personal courage in the defence of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, selfless performance of military duty. The award was presented personally by the President.

Anton Dolynskyi

Anton Dolynskyi

Born in Lviv.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he joined the 103rd separate territorial defence brigade named after Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytsky to defend Ukraine. He performed combat missions in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Sumy regions. In August 2022, he was awarded the medal “Participant in Combat Operations”.

Volodymyr Hrabovskyi

Volodymyr Hrabovskyi

A native of the village of Zibolky, Lviv region. After completing his military service, he lived in his native village, where he worked.

With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, he defended the state as a member of the 7th Carpathian Border Guard Detachment of the Western Regional Directorate. He served in Volyn, then performed combat missions in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
