Today is a sad day for the Sokal region – they said goodbye to another Defender of Ukraine Yuriy Bochek from the village of Velyke.
He courageously stood in defense of each of us and faithfully defended the peaceful sky. Unfortunately, we see the tears of relatives again. We share the grief of parents, family, siblings…
On September 28, the Sokal City Council announced the sad news – 36-year-old Yuriy Viktorovych Bochek, a resident of Velike village, died. He was mobilized on February 25, 2022, served in the A4220 military unit, took part in heavy battles in the East of Ukraine. Doctors fought to the last for his life, but it was not possible to save Yuri.
Yuri’s feat is forever in our memories and hearts. Glory to the Hero of Ukraine!
