Novoyavorivsk community has lost another defender
On the shield, the resident of the village of Ternovitsa Zahidniy Hryhoriy returns. The soldier’s life was cut short on July 18 while performing a combat mission for the defense of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region. Grigory was 41.

Zahidny Hryhoriy Romanovych was born on November 25, 1981 in the village of Ternovitsa.
He graduated from the 9th grade of the Ternovytsia school and continued his studies at school No. 2 in the city of Novoyavorivsk. He completed his military service in the ranks of the 24th division. After that, he worked for the construction company “SU-813”, which built runways at the Boryspil airport.
He liked to fish and play football.
He was a wonderful and loving father who raised two sons, to whom he passed on his love for football.
On July 18, 2023, during a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia region, Grigory was killed by Russian invaders.
Mother Olga Oleksiivna and father Roman Hryhorovych, sons Roman and Pavlo, brother Ivan were waiting for the soldier at home.
