Horodotsk City Council informs that from January 5, 2023, the new Procedure for the organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1487 of 12/30/2022, entered into force.
The main thing is the new order
Military registration of Ukrainians will take place through the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts and Reservists.
The register is filled out by authorized persons in the district (city) territorial centers of staffing and social support, as well as in the relevant departments and units of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Foreign Intelligence Service.
It will be possible to submit information about yourself to the Military Commissariat through “Diya” based on your place of residence.
If a person subject to military registration has moved, he must report this within seven days through administrative service centers or through Diya. She can also contact the picking centers directly.
Military registration must include:
- conscripts from the age of 16 (in the year of reaching the age of 17) to the age of 27;
- conscripts and reservists who have not reached the maximum age of being in the reserve;
- women who have a medical or pharmaceutical specialty, as well as, at their own request, women who have a specialty or profession related to the corresponding military accounting specialty, the list of which is approved by the Ministry of Defense.
They can be accepted for work or training only if there is confirmation that the conscript is properly on the military register. State bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations must monitor these processes among their employees and provide information about them to the relevant authorities.
Female doctors and pharmacists, who have not yet been on military registration, can get a job without mandatory military registration until 2026.
When conscripts reach the age limit for registration (60 years old), they must appear at the appropriate recruitment center within seven days and be removed from military registration.
Military records among Ukrainians abroad will be kept by diplomatic agencies, they will also “facilitate the return” of conscripts to Ukraine during mobilization. If a Ukrainian stays abroad for up to three months, it is possible not to register for military service abroad.
