Volodymyr Levytskyi, a resident of Mykolaiv, was awarded an honorary state award in accordance with a decree of the President of Ukraine.
The order was presented to the wife of the deceased soldier.

During the full-scale war, he served as a flamethrower in the 704th separate regiment of radiation, chemical and biological defence. Since 7 October 2022, the defender was reported missing. In August 2023, his death was recognised near the village of Nova Kamianka, Kherson region.
Volodymyr was also awarded the medal “For Military Service to Ukraine”. RIP to the Hero 🕯️
