Tomorrow, December 31, Lviv will say goodbye to Hero Bohdan Brodyuk, who died in the battle with the Russian invaders. The City Hall calls on Lviv residents and guests to join the city’s farewell ceremony and to refrain from entertainment events and celebrations during this time.
The Hero’s funeral will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the Garrison Church of Sts. App. Peter and Paul, at 10:30 a.m. – a city farewell ceremony on Rynok Square.
The soldier will be buried at the Lychakiv cemetery.

Biographical reference of the Hero
Bohdan Brodyuk (26.01.1983-27.12.2022). A native of Lviv.
He studied at Lyceum No. 46 named after Vyacheslav Chornovol of the Lviv City Council. Graduated from the Faculty of Geography of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
Before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he worked as a manager at the company “Vse for Furniture”.
In September 2022, he defended the Motherland from the invaders in the ranks of the 60th Separate Mechanized Ingulets Brigade of the Reserve Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Bohdan Brodyuk is survived by his wife, son, parents and brother.
