Tomorrow, Lviv will say goodbye to Hero Pavlo Mostov

On Friday, April 28, Lviv will say goodbye to Pavlo Mostov, who died defending Ukraine from the Russian invaders. The City Hall calls on Lviv residents and guests to join the city’s farewell ceremony and to refrain from entertainment events and celebrations during this time.

The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the Garrison Church of Sts. App. Peter and Paul, at 11:30 a city farewell ceremony will take place on Rynok Square. The Hero will be buried at the Lychakiv cemetery.

Biographical reference of the Hero

 

Pavlo Mostovy (12.07.1990-24.04.2023). A native of the village of Yaseniv, Lviv region.

Studied at the Yasenivsk general secondary education institution of grades I-III with a preschool division. He graduated from the State Higher Educational Institution “University of Banking”.

In peacetime, he worked at M7 Development Construction Group Limited Liability Company.

With the beginning of a full-scale invasion, he stood up to protect the Motherland from the Russian invaders. He defended the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the state in the ranks of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Pavlo Mostovoy is survived by his wife, a small son, a sister and his wife’s parents.
