Dear taxpayers! The tax communication platform has started working in the state tax service.
The purpose of its operation is to ensure a new format of interaction with the business community, the public, and prompt management decision-making by the DPS management.
From now on, employees of civil society institutes and business associations will be able to communicate more promptly and qualitatively with tax officials. For this, it is necessary to send an application to the e-mail box of the platform lv.ikc@tax.gov.ua.
This will make it possible to intensify the dialogue with organizations that represent the interests of payers in order to identify systemic problems in business operations and their leveling.
