Horodotsk DPI GU DPS in Lviv region reminds that from 12.01.2023 the details “Payment destination” of the payment instruction will be filled out exclusively in a structured form in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated 03.22.2023 No. 148.
The date of implementation of the exclusively structured form of assignment of a payment instruction during the payment of taxes and fees is final and will not change.
The formation of a structured payment assignment when paying taxes and fees should be used for payment instructions in favor of the Treasury of Ukraine (ID code 899998) with the following structure: payment type code (3 characters), one space, additional record information.
Due to the fact that, according to Instruction No. 163, the mandatory details of the payment instruction already contain the details “Payment code” and “Code of the actual payer”, Order No. 148 does not provide for filling in the specified details in the “Purpose of payment” detail of the payment instruction .
