How to find out the personal account number? To do this, you need to go to the website https://gas.ua/uk/home/find-account or to the GASUA chatbot in Viber, Telegram or NaftogazGasSupply in Facebook Messenger. Next, enter the EIS code (16 characters). EIC is a personal gas number of a gas supply facility, which consists of 16 characters (Latin letters and numbers). For example, 56XM19A205987456. You can find it in your personal account, find out in the contact center of your regional gas company or in the bill for the distribution or supply of gas.
How to register in a personal account?
To register in your personal account, go to the my.gas.ua page and click the “Register” button. We offer several ways of secure registration:
– by phone number;
– via e-mail;
– using a Facebook account;
– using a Google account.

Why two payments for gas?
Payment for gas and its delivery has been separated since January 2020 as part of the gas market reform. It was then that a law was passed, which stipulates that different companies should sell gas and deliver it to the consumer.
Every month, all consumers receive two payments for gas:
– for gas delivery/distribution (from the timing operator);
– for consumed gas (from the supplier — GC “Naftogaz of Ukraine”).

How to return an overpayment from a previous supplier?
Unfortunately, there is no effective mechanism for transferring funds between companies.
We advise each client to contact the previous gas supply company and write an application for refund of the overpayment.
