New employee booking rules aim to ensure stable operation of essential economic and defense sectors.
Main Changes in Booking Rules
- The booking quota has been increased to 75% for companies providing centralized water supply, sewage, and waste management.
- Requirements for lack of tax debt and an average monthly salary of at least 20,000 hryvnias have been eliminated for energy companies affected by the war.
- The Defense Procurement Agency and the National Logistics Operator can now book their employees.
The booking process will remain digital and will be conducted through the Diia portal, similar to the current procedure.
