In Sophia of Kyiv, the spiritual leaders of the various Churches prayed for the victory of good, truth, and the establishment of a just and peaceful peace as soon as possible.
The following people took part in the joint Christian prayer: His Beatitude Epiphanius, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine; His Beatitude Sviatoslav Shevchuk, Father and Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church; Bishop Mykhailo Komansky, Exarch of the Ecumenical Patriarch in Ukraine; Bishop Vitaliy Kryvytskyi, Ordinary of the Kyiv-Zhytomyr Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Ukraine; Bishop Markos Hovhannisyan, Head of the Ukrainian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church; Leonid Padun, Senior Bishop of the Ukrainian Christian Evangelical Church.
The common prayer of the representatives of different denominations is one of the many bright testimonies of unity in the diversity of our native country. The Ministry of Culture and Information Policy and the State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience joined the organization.
