How to get a pension and cash benefits in Ukrposhta during martial law
Dear retirees and recipients of social benefits! Ukrposhta, the Pension Fund of Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Policy are doing their best to ensure that you receive your payments for March this year, even in difficult martial law. Please read the payment rules. If you received pensions and subsidies through Ukrposhta, but did not leave and are at your permanent place of residence – please expect your pension, social benefits or subsidy at home, or you can pick it up at the branch according to the usual schedule of payments from Ukrposhta. Depending on the state of the fighting, payment dates may be postponed, which we will keep you informed of, but payments will definitely be made.

• or to the Ukrposhta Contact Center at 0 800 300 545 and select button 2 – section “Pensions, social benefits and subsidies” (all calls are free);
• either to the Pension Fund of Ukraine by phone numbers, which are posted at the link https://www.facebook.com/pfu.gov.ua or send information through the electronic office.
2. Inform about the need to receive a pension, cash benefits at another address and provide the following information:
• surname, name and patronymic of the recipient of the pension and / or cash benefits;
• address for receiving pension / cash benefits until March 2022;
• passport data (passport series and number);
• telephone number of the recipient of the pension / cash benefit;
• method of receiving payment (at the branch or at home address)
• new delivery address: index of Ukrposhta branch or address of temporary residence;
If you receive a pension or cash benefit by postal order, please inform the operator of the transfer code received in the SMS.
