For the purpose of high-quality organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, we inform you that the Order of organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 30.12.2022 No. 1487, and recognized as having lost its validity Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 07.12.2016 No. 921 “On approval of the Procedure for the organization and maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts”.
According to the decision of the CMU, certain issues of interaction between territorial recruitment centers and employers in matters of organization and keeping of military records have been improved.
Key points of the resolution:
Reconciliation of data on conscripts can be carried out by visiting the yards;
It will be possible to submit information about yourself to the Military Commissariat through “Diya” (the procedure and mechanism must be developed by the Ministry of Defense);
A conscript can be hired or trained only if he has a military ticket or registration.
Women doctors or pharmacists who have not been registered before can be employed as non-military until the end of 2026.
Heads of enterprises and government bodies will now have to serve summonses to appear before the military commissariat.
The embassy will keep military records among Ukrainians abroad and will facilitate their return to Ukraine during mobilization.
