In the village of Zatoka of the Ivano-Frankivsk community, two solemn events took place – the consecration of the foundation and laying of the capsule for the construction of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and the opening of a new road.
The spiritual celebrations were started by His Eminence Yakiv, archbishop of the Drohobytsk-Sambira Eparchy of the OCU, who, together with the clergy, consecrated the place where the majestic temple will be built. After a joint prayer, in the presence of representatives of the clergy, parishioners and guests, the bishop together with the deacon of the Yavoriv district, Father Nazarii Dadak, solemnly laid the capsule. Upon completion, Vladyka Yakov wished successful construction and called on all interested people to join the good cause.
After laying the capsule under the temple, the road was consecrated. An event for which the village community has been waiting for a long time. Therefore, we wish that the new road will serve people well and for a long time.
