On 29 October, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council, the customer for the improvement of the territory and arrangement of public space at 2a Sadova Street – Petliura Street was determined.
The project is to improve the area at the expense of the investor.
“This is the area where the Lubinske Siyivo market is currently located. It is not well-maintained, so now the city is building a modern covered market on the land plot next to it, where entrepreneurs will be able to continue their work. In return, the area will be freed up. We plan to create a beautiful public space there at the investor’s expense,” said Lubomyr Zubach, Deputy Mayor of Lviv for Urban Development.
“It is important to emphasise once again that we are talking about works at the expense of the investor,” said Andriy Moskalenko, First Deputy Mayor of Lviv.
