A charity festival for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be held in Lviv

The legendary Ukrainian festival Faine Misto will take place in Lviv once again. This year, for the second time, the music event will be held in a smaller format at !FESTrepublic, as it is perhaps the only safe location in the current situation.

The main goal of the festival is to raise funds to meet the logistical and humanitarian needs of the Azov Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, with which the Fine Misto team has been cooperating since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Last year, they managed to raise over UAH 3.7 million.

This year, the festival plans to raise UAH 5 million for the needs of the military. So, on 2-4 August, the Faine People (as the festival visitors call themselves) will gather again in Lviv for Faine Misto 2024: Land of Future Legends”.

The concept of the festival is based on the idea of 5 elements that are in each person and manifest as strengths in everyday life, creating stories that will be told in the future. Coming with their own element, each Fine Person brings energy that unites into a common irresistible element of Fine People.

There will be 6 stages at the festival:

In addition, there will be about 15 entertainment venues and a press centre for formal and informal conversations with invited performers and organisers.

This year, Faine Misto is expanding, and just a 5-minute walk from the main festival area, you will be able to not only relax in the shade of the trees, but also enrich yourself with useful knowledge and contacts. Znesinnia Park will host activities from the Azov Brigade, the Alley of NGOs and the European Youth Capital. Entrance to the park is free for Lviv residents and visitors.

For the first time, the festival will also host the Faine Music Forum, where representatives of the creative and music industries will discuss industry problems and ways to solve them, and the Amphitheatre stage will be complemented by theatre performances.
