For agricultural producers, the deadline for receiving financial support for the sowing campaign within the State programs “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” and “Affordable financial leasing 5-7-9%” has been extended.

In particular, they will be able to extend loans for sowing works on the condition of repayment of up to 25% of the received loan and receive state guarantees to ensure partial fulfillment of debt obligations under such loans.

In general, within the framework of the State program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%” provided for:

establishment of a compensation rate for loans for investment purposes of 9% per annum for medium and large enterprises with the possibility of reduction to 7% per annum if new jobs are created;

“In 2022, under the program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”, the farmers of Lviv Oblast attracted UAH 4.6 billion. More than 600 product manufacturers of the region received loans. For 2023, economic entities plan to sow crops on an area of about 425 thousand hectares, which is 0.7 thousand hectares more than in 2022. In autumn, for the 2023 harvest, 138.5 thousand hectares of winter cereals and rape were sown. The possibility of offering previously received loans will ensure the implementation of a full range of spring field work,” – director of the APR department, Tetyana Hetman.
