Land electronic auctions for the sale of lease rights for communal agricultural land plots will be held on July 24.
The proposed sites are located on the territory of the Peremyshlyan Territorial Community (outside the settlement) of the Lviv District:
- the plot area is 11.57 ha, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 16,894.84. More details at the link;
- the plot area is 10.67 ha, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 19,842.18. More details at the link;
“As a result of the proper organization and holding of land auctions, local councils can significantly replenish their budgets, which will make it possible to finance social and economic programs for the development of communities,” said Tetyana Getman, director of the department of agro-industrial development of Lviv OVA.
The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. July 23.
