The agricultural sector cooperates with educational institutions to grow qualified young specialists

Qualified young specialists are our future. That is why the Zahid-Agro MHP company makes every effort to help educational institutions grow powerful young personnel. We actively continue to develop and expand cooperation with educational institutions.

For this purpose, a meeting of Iryna Lytvyn, senior HR business partner of the Western Hub, and Olga Sinyavska-Chaus, specialist in recruitment and adaptation, took place the other day with students and teachers of the separate structural unit of the Zolochiv Vocational College of the Lviv National University of Nature Management.

From the educational institution, the meeting was attended by Mykola Pavlyuk, director of the separate structural subdivision “Zolochiv Vocational College of the Lviv National University of Nature Management”, candidate of agricultural sciences, Petro Vyslobodskyi, deputy director of the educational department, Svitlana Ruda, teacher of the highest category of the college, head of the department “Agronomy and accounting and taxation”, Lesya Rapa, head of the department “Veterinary medicine and technologies in animal husbandry” and Roman Vilchynskyi, head of the department “Agroengineering”.

Iryna Lytvyn noted: “Our enterprise creates all the conditions for students and young professionals. We have qualified mentors whom we train and prepare accordingly to work with young people in order to quickly and efficiently introduce them to the profession. We support and cooperate with universities under the dual education system. This is a form of training that provides many advantages, both for the employer and for future young professionals.”

Dual education is a tripartite cooperation between an enterprise, a university and a student. It strengthens and improves the practical component of the educational process for the future specialist, motivates him and thus prepares the employee for the company. Also, such practices allow the graduate to quickly adapt to professional activity and reduce risks for the enterprise. After all, the integration of theoretical training in educational institutions with training at workplaces in MHP makes it possible to prepare students in accordance with the requirements of business.

The meeting also discussed the advantages of working for such a large company as MHP, because it gives a young specialist the opportunity to work with modern equipment and innovative technologies. They discussed cooperation regarding students’ practice, working conditions and promising specialties in the agricultural sector.
