In the State Agrarian Register, a support program is available for agricultural producers keeping from 3 to 100 cows of all areas of productivity.
The size of the subsidy is UAH 5,300 per cow, but no more than UAH 530,000. The application deadline is November 15, 2022.
All producers of agricultural products, both individuals and legal entities registered in DAR and meeting the conditions of the program, can apply for support. Learn more about the terms and conditions.

How to apply for the “Special budget subsidy for keeping cows”:
Log in to the account at dar.gov.ua
Check the information about your animals in the “Animals” section. To calculate the expected subsidy amount, filter the list of animals by the article “Cow”.
Open the app in the “Available Apps” section. To apply, click the “+” opposite the program name.
Calculate the desired subsidy amount: multiply the number of your cows from the register by UAH 5,300. Enter the received product in the appropriate field when filling out the application.
Answer the questions in the questionnaire, give your consent to monitoring and assessment of the reliability of the information provided by authorized persons, both documented and by checking at the place of activity, and click “Submit application”.
The system will generate a completed application according to the form approved by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. Check the correctness of the entered data again and sign the application using the KEP.
After the application is checked by the responsible employees of the Ukrderzhfond, if it is approved, you will receive an Agreement on receiving budgetary funds with the Ukrderzhfond in your office for signature.
Shortly after signing the Agreement, the funds will be transferred to the account specified when submitting the application.
Importantly! The program applies to cow keepers who are identified and registered in accordance with the law.
