The most expensive plot for horticulture in the Lviv region was sold for over 380,000 hryvnias

It is a private plot with a target purpose for individual gardening, the area of ​​which is 0.12 hectares, and the cost is 383.4 thousand UAH.

It was possible to realize such a land allotment during the entire period of the land market in the Lviv region, namely in the Lviv district on the territory of the Murovan community (Soroko-Lvivska village).

It is important that the analysis covers only agreements entered into the State Geocadastre system with an indication of the value of the transfer of rights.

“In general, from July 1, 2021, in Lviv region, deeds were concluded for 3,142 hectares, of which 1,217 hectares are the area of ​​the sold 935 land shares that were under moratorium. During the period of the full-scale war, 344 shares on an area of ​​464 hectares were sold. Moreover, the average cost of a hectare of share in the region is about UAH 72,000,” said the director of the department, Tetyana Hetman.

The regions with the most expensive land market for the entire period of its operation (based on the average cost of 1 hectare of the sold share): Kyiv region (UAH 132.49 thousand), Lviv region (UAH 71.53 thousand) and Ivano-Frankivsk region (67.24).
