In Lviv, two road traffic incidents occurred, resulting in injuries to two female pedestrians. Police are currently investigating the details of both cases.
Representatives of the Lviv Region Police Department emphasized the need for all participants to strictly adhere to traffic rules: remember safety when crossing streets, wait for the green traffic light before proceeding, and do not cross at a red light. They also urge drivers to avoid speeding and to be particularly cautious near pedestrian crossings.
For each of these incidents, a criminal case has been initiated for violations of traffic regulations, which could result in up to three years of restricted freedom for the guilty parties.
