The championship of Ukraine in road cycling is taking place in the Lviv region. The best cyclists of the country compete for awards.
Among women, in the individual race at a distance of 30 km, the representative of Lviv Oblast, Yuliya Biryukova, became the vice-champion. She covered the distance in 42 minutes and 26 seconds.
Yuliya Biryukova, 25, is a native of Chervonograd. She trains at the Lviv School of Higher Sports Mastery and at the Training and Sports Base for Summer Sports of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Department of Youth and Sports of the LOD reported.
