The most accurate shooters were determined among men and women, and they were shooting with a pistol and a carbine. A total of 109 athletes from 12 regions of Ukraine and Kyiv took part in the competition.
This year’s Cup of Ukraine was hosted by the Lemberg Sports Complex, which hosted the competition with the assistance of the Lviv Regional Shooting Association, the Practical Shooting Federation of Ukraine and its separate division in the Lviv region, Parabellum Sports Complex, and the support of regular partners and sponsors who prepared exclusive prizes for the winners and runners-up.
After intense shooting matches, the winners and runners-up in the pistol and rifle disciplines were determined.

“By the way, in the open class in pistol shooting, the gap between 1st and 2nd place was only 1.4 points, which indicates high competition. Ihor Bondar from Vinnytsia won in this category, while the second and third places went to athletes from Lviv region. I would also like to note that it was very pleasant to meet teams from Kryvyi Rih, Odesa, and Kharkiv region at the competition. I believe that despite the competition at the shooting range, sport unites people from different regions of the country,” said Roman Khimyak, head of the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
