From February 2 to 10, the youth chess championship for players under 20 took place in Lviv, where participants from 14 regions of the country demonstrated a high level of skill. The Lviv team won seven awards across various competition programs.
- Anastasia Hnatyshyn won two gold medals in rapid and blitz chess.
- Maksym Dubnevych received a silver medal in classical chess.
