Pentathlete from Lviv Region Wins Prizes at the U17 Modern Pentathlon World Championships
The competition took place in the Portuguese city of Caldas da Rainha. Athletes under the age of 17, including the Ukrainian national team, took part.
Thus, 16-year-old Maksym Kovalchuk, a representative of Lviv region, managed to win prizes at the competition 2️⃣. Namely, the leader of the national team won silver in the team event, together with Roman and Oleksandr Chernyshov from Kyiv, and a bronze medal in the individual event.
