At the Para Biathlon World Cup held in Vuokatti, Finland, Pavlo Bal from the Lviv Region claimed a silver medal in the sitting LW11.5 category during the 12.5 km individual race.
The competition in this discipline featured 23 athletes from 10 countries. Ukrainian athlete Taras Rad secured first place in the race.
In addition to his silver achievement, Pavlo Bal finished in 4th place in the pursuit race, showcasing remarkable skill and endurance.
Pavlo represents the Lviv Regional “Invasport” Center, and his biathlon coach is Borys Baran, who plays a crucial role in preparing the athlete for high-level competitions.
