The championship of Ukraine in table tennis among paralympics is underway in Spain. As part of the national team, the representative of Lviv Oblast Viktor Didukh is performing here. Yesterday, in a pair with Maryna Lytovchenko from the Kharkiv region, Viktor won second place.
On the way to the medal, Viktor and Marina defeated the representatives of Germany and Thailand, but in the final, in a very equal fight, they lost somewhat to the athletes of the Netherlands.
“The level of opponents with whom we competed is high and constantly growing. This is the championship, and here everyone wants to win a medal, and even in such conditions, we feel the support of Ukraine from other participants,” says Viktor.
Individual competitions await the athletes ahead. The representative of Lviv Oblast will start the fight for a medal in the individual competition on November 10.
