A childhood dream has come true – a car that will save the lives of our defenders near Bakhmut on the front line has been purchased!
On January 20, in the Lviv State Palace of Aesthetic Education of School Youth within the framework of the charity project “Children for Victory!” The “Jordan Bells” festival was held, which brought together the best children’s and youth choreographic groups of the Lviv region.
During the charity concert, the piggy bank for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was initiated by the children of the “Childhood Island” cultural and art center, was replenished with UAH 22,400 and $60, and thus it was possible to collect the necessary amount of funds for the purchase of a car of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“During the war, when adults are working for victory – some are at the front, some are volunteers – children also want to be useful for their country, so they do what they do best,” says Serhiy Kotovskyi, head of the “Island of Childhood” CMC.
“We are proud of our children! Talented, intelligent, proactive, energetic! They do real things to bring victory closer. Great gratitude to the initiators, organizers and participants of the Jordanian Bells festival, as well as to all leaders and teachers who help children develop their talents, achieve success, instill in them a love of speech, song, dance, and popularize Ukrainian national culture,” she said.
