The Chervonograd City Council informed about the formation of the list of jurors.
Requirements for candidates:
▶ Ukrainian citizenship;
▶ permanent residence in the territory covered by the jurisdiction of the Chervonohrad City Court;
▶ age – from 30 to 65 years.
The following citizens are not eligible for inclusion in the jury lists:
🔺 recognized by the court as having limited capacity or incapacity;
🔺 who have chronic mental or other illnesses that prevent them from fulfilling their duties as a juror;
🔺 who have an unexpunged or unexpired criminal record;
🔺 people’s deputies of Ukraine, members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, judges, prosecutors, employees of internal affairs bodies and other law enforcement agencies, military personnel, employees of court apparatuses, other civil servants, lawyers, notaries;
🔺 persons who were subject to an administrative penalty for committing a corruption offense during the last year;
🔺 citizens who have reached the age of 65;
🔺 persons who do not speak the state language.
