The Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War has developed and published a road map on family actions in cases where a family member enrolled in the ranks of the Armed Forces (including TrO) or law enforcement agencies has gone missing, been captured, or died.
The specified map contains clear recommendations for family members of military personnel and law enforcement officers regarding: the algorithm of their actions in case of capture of a military personnel or law enforcement officer, disappearance or death of defenders of Ukraine; the list of documents that are submitted to the competent authorities under these circumstances for the purpose of exercising the rights and obtaining the benefits provided by the law, as well as the contacts of the institutions and organizations to which the resolution of these issues is assigned.
