Caritas Kramatorsk Foundation in Chervonohrad held a meeting with state and non-governmental social service providers

Specialists of the Caritas Kramatorsk Foundation continue to implement the project “Dialogue for Well-Being: Quality Social Services for IDPs and Local Elderly Population”, so on July 25, at the foundation’s office in Chervonohrad, they held a round table with state and non-governmental social service providers.

 

The meeting was attended by Natalia Pospelova from the Pokrovsk City Military Administration, Volodymyr Lobay, Director of the Chervonohrad City Center for Social Services, Yulia Kuzmych from the Chervonohrad Department of Labor and Social Protection, Yulia Neila from the Chervonohrad City Center for Social Services, Zoryana Mysak from the Coordination Center of the Chervonohrad City Council, Valentyna Martyniuk from the Chervonohrad City Organization of the Red Cross Society, Yuriy Halakh, Director of the Center for Administrative Services in Chervonohrad, Ludmyla Kulak, Director of the Center for Public Leisure for the Elderly in Chervonohrad.

At the event, Alina Neustadt, Advocacy Specialist, presented the results of a study on the quality of social services for IDPs and local elderly people in Chervonohrad territorial community and collected opinions of service providers on the study.

After that, together with the participants and Olena Bielik, community facilitator, they moved on to develop proposals for improving the quality of social services for older people, including IDPs; analyzed how to raise awareness and discussed what services are currently critically lacking.
